En OmniCorsi.it, hablan de tres tests : Valencia, Jérez y Paul Ricard, estos últimos (y quizás los más importantes) para probar neumáticos de lluvia (muy interesante esta información).

Por cierto, habla de que es oficial. ¿No?

No se como lo habéis leido vosotros pero dice esto a mi me ha sonado a que se cepillaban a Grosjean y se quedaban con Pedro... y al traducirlo con traductor "patillero" me ha salido esto :

La utilización de Romain Grosjean en los tests de esta semana en Monza había despistado un poco todos, también porque el francés había dicho de aspirar a un contrato de larga duración con el gommista italiano, pero al final ha optado por de la Rosa, dando el anuncio oficial de su contratación esta mañana.

Pedro de la RosaPirelli has confirmed that Pedro de la Rosa will join its development programme ahead of its return to Formula 1 in 2011.

The Italian tyre manufacturer was confirmed as the sole supplier from 2011-2013 by the FIA earlier this year.

Its initial development work was carried out by Nick Heidfeld. But with the German returning to racing this weekend in place of de la Rosa at Sauber, the Spaniard had been tipped to go in the opposite direction and join Pirelli.

That has now been confirmed by Pirelli, which will also retain Romain Grosjean after the ex-Renault driver impressed with his feedback in testing at Monza this week.

Francesco Gori, CEO of Pirelli Tyre said: "So far our work has been carried out by Nick Heidfeld, but as he is going back to racing, he will be replaced by Pedro de la Rosa and Romain Grosjean.

"They will test until the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, when afterwards all of the teams will test for the first time with Pirelli tyres."

Gori, speaking at a press conference at the Turkish Pirelli factory where it will produce its F1 tyres, added that the focus is now on developing its various compounds, having settled on the shape and structure of the tyre.

"Our first step was the aerodynamic profile of the tyre," he said. "The design and shape is very critical, and we have to provide the teams with this because they have very few months to get this fixed for next year.

"This is something we have achieved, and job number two is the structure of the tyre. This is to make sure that is can support to stress and speed of a Formula 1 car, and we are in the final stage of development there.

"The next challenge is the compounds. Different solutions are currently being tested, on tracks from Monza - the fastest - to Jerez - the most abrasive."

Desde luego esta noticia es la mejor para Pirelli, y esperemos que sea también la mejor para Pedro. Desde luego que esto, sumado a los sponsors, es un gran paso para 2011.

Palatoos1 me has confundido con lo de Barcelona! El hombr de Pirelli y la web italiana hablan de Cheste y Jerez... Hay algo más?

Esperemos que esto le ayude, aunque sea sólo un poquito de cara al 2011, aunque como siempre el dinero será esencial.

¿Cuánto puede valer un piloto que ha sido 7 años probador de McLaren Mercedes, que ha pasado por Jordan, Arrows, Prost, Jaguar, la propia McLaren, Force India y Sauber, que ha probado diferentes mecánicas, motores y se ha enfrentado a diferentes retos como piloto como la reciente introducción en el C29 del F-duct en un gran trabajo con los ingenieros del equipo?

El dinero volverá a ser clave, pero a ver si salta la sorpresa, y podemos ver a Pedro en un equipo competitivo.

Según la web italiana están confirmados Valencia y Jérez (Octubre) y en Noviembre Paul Ricard. Parece que compartirá protagonismo con Grosjean.

Me parece una estupenda noticia, que como bien decis le mantiene ligado al mundo de la F1 y posiblemente se le tome en consideracion para futuros asientos.

Por otra parte, estoy totalmente de acuerdo en apoyarle en uno de los circuito, siempre que el curro lo permita. Yo podria ir a Cheste. No se si las pruebas podran verse.....

Bien! Yo no estaba seguro d q fuesen a hacer tantos tests los d Pirelli, pero se ha cumplido lo que me dijeron de que Pedro quería cerrar con ellos el hacer tests. Y el resto de maquinaria ($) ya está en movimiento...

Yo lo del futuro d Hispania no lo veo, que quereis que os diga; ojala consigan el dinero (y el tener un coche!) pero creo que la opción mejor -que no más probable- es Force India. Pero eso depende de lo que haga Sutil

Y como gane Mark Webber el mundial ni te cuento... Creo que seguramente se iría a su casa, Buemi pasaría a Red Bull y Chandhok a Toro Rosso. Sutil por Schumacher, Pedro por Sutili y Di Resta por Liuzzi (que no pone un duro, oiga).

Está claro que como sea Sutil el sustituido sería fantástico, porque Liuzzi está en una posición muy débil en el equipo y además no aporta patrocinador alguno. Así que si se va Sutil y Pedro pone lo que ponía Medion con Sutil tendría opciones de conseguir el volante. Si Sutil no se va del equipo, lo sentarán por Liuzzi y no habrá mucho que hacer.

Salvo cosas raras (que habelas, hailas...) en la quinta carrera ya le debe estar cogiendo el aire al coche y seguramente Sauber podrá tener la referencia que estab buscando...
