Pues si una pena pero la segunda posicion tambien esta muy bien

A mí que me expliquen porque cojones Uri no ha ganado cuando le han dicho por radio que era P1.

Cuantas más veces lo veo (bendito iplus) más trapi me parece. Le han robado la victoria a Uri por la jeta.

No deberian de haber reseteado los resultados a los anteriores a la ultima resalida..........la victoria era de Uri!

Pues yo estaba viendo el futbol y la carrera asi que lo vi a ratos, faltaban pocas vueltas para acabar 15 mas o menos y estaban lanzando una vuelta para reiniciar la carrera, en ese reinicio Servia esta adelantando al primero y parece que lo consigue, pero al mismo tiempo de esa accion me parece que era el coche de Danica tiene un accidente con mas coches y por lo que se ve paran la carrera y dan las posiciones de antes del accidente, tambien estaba la lluvia pero no se si influyo en parar la carrera

De todas maneras no te fies mucho de lo que te digo ya que estaba viendo el partido de futbol y eso es lo que me parecio entender viendo de reojo la carrera

Estaba lloviendo y la carrera deberia haberse parado con anterioridad... por tanto no considero como un robo en toda regla lo que le paso a Uri.

En los ovales no se corre con lluvia, ayer empezaron a caer gotas y la pista estaba bastante resbaladiza.
Los pilotos por la radio estaban pidiendo que no relanzara la carrera debido a lo deslizante que estaba la pista.

En la resalida, Danica trompeo al dar gas (trompeo debido a lo deslizante de la pista) y al trompear monto una buena montonera. Justo despues se saco la bandera roja. No por el accidente, fue por la lluvia.

A mi entender lo que hizo la direccion de carrera fue considerar que lo de lanzar la resalida habia sido un error y usar la clasificacion de la vuelta anterior.

Evidentemente fue una putada para Uri... pero a mi entender, fue la solucion mas justa para todos, ya que realmente era una burrada relanzar la carrera tal como estaba la pista. De no ser Danica hubiera sido otro el que se estampara...

Como ya he comentado alguna vez, parece que Uri y Pedro tienen suerte similar...

Pues para mí es una cacicada en toda regla. Si has dado bandera verde y la dirección de carrera comunica que Oriol es el líder apechuga con ello. Lo que han hecho es totalmente antirreglamentario. Hablar de si es justo o no respecto a si Hunter Ray se merece ganar es perder el tiempo. Las cosas son como son. Con el reglamento en la mano lo que han hecho no tiene razón de ser y con reglamento en la mano Oriol es el ganador. Aunque viendo que ayer el reglamento se lo pasaron por el forro pues entonces barra libre.

De todos modos gran resultado para Uri, se lo merece y la victoria llegará.

¿No se puede reclamar?

Por lo que dice el equipo en su twitter, presentaron una reclamación después de la carrera. No especifican nada más pero evidentemente no ha prosperado.

El propio Oriol declaraba tras la carrera que nunca había visto revertir una clasificación de esa manera

INDYCAR, the governing body of the IZOD IndyCar Series, will move forward with a hearing for protests filed by Newman/Haas Racing and Target Chip Ganassi Racing regarding the results of the MoveThatBlock.com Indy 225 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Aug. 14.

Protests on behalf of the No. 2 car fielded by Newman/Haas Racing and the No. 9 car fielded by Target Chip Ganassi Racing were received by INDYCAR within 30 minutes of the posting of official results.

The protest hearing will take place the week of Aug. 22 in Indianapolis. Andretti Autosport has been invited to participate in the hearing because of its No. 28 cars interest in the outcome of the protests.

In his role as Senior Official and pursuant to Rule 12.4, Brian Barnhart has elected to select individuals to resolve the protest. The individuals will be announced at a later date.

Barnhart, president of competition and operations, INDYCAR, who also serves as Race Director of the IZOD IndyCar Series said: Given my role in Race Control, I feel that it is in everyones best interest to have an independent panel hear the protests. I believe a panel will help maintain a fair hearing.

Per Section 12 of the IZOD IndyCar Series rulebook:
12.4 Jurisdiction - The Senior Official shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all protests. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Senior Official shall have the right, in his discretion, to select an individual or individuals to resolve a protest with all of the powers and responsibilities of the Senior Official set forth in this Rule XII. The jurisdiction of the Senior Official is limited to those matters and issues submitted to the Senior Official by the protestant. The decision which is the subject of the protest shall not be stayed pending the protest unless otherwise determined by the Senior Official and upon such terms as the Senior Official deems appropriate.
12.6 Hearing of the Protest - The Senior Official may cause an investigation to be made into the matters surrounding the protest and shall convene a hearing within 14 days of receipt of the protest notice unless the hearing date is extended by the mutual agreement of the Senior Official and the protestant. The protestant and any Member requesting an opportunity to participate and who the Senior Official determines has a material interest in the protest (as described in Rule 13.4) shall be entitled to be heard and given an opportunity to call witnesses and shall be given adequate notice of the hearing. If a Member is called as a witness and fails to appear, INDYCAR may revoke the Members membership or otherwise penalize the Member. The hearing shall be informal and shall be confined to the errors claimed in the protest and evidence relevant to those errors. The decision of the Senior Official on the protest shall be final and binding on all Members, subject only to the right to appeal the decision under the Rules. Any award withheld as a result of a protest shall continue to be withheld until the protest has been finally adjudicated in accordance with the Rules.

La carrera de Baltimore esta emocionantisima.

Uri se ha beneficiado de un accidente multiple donde 12 coches se han visto envueltos y despues de eso ha hecho un interesante movimiento estrategico.

En caso de que no tuvieramos una amarilla durante las proximas 20 vueltas podriamos soñar con una victoria de Uri. Ya que es el mejor clasificado de todos los que han hecho dos paradas.
