The Spanish GP is always a special GP for all of us: the time when we can closely see the cars we adore, we can see the drivers we respect, we can hear the wonderful sound of the huge power of a Formula One car...

It's amazing to feel the atmosphere in Circuit de Catalunya: people from lots of European countries come here just to enjoy with what joins us in that very moment: the Formula One World Championship.

The aim of this new topic is to encourage all the people who reads this and has ever been in a Grand Prix to tell us how the race is in the track he/she's been in: tell us how do you feel the race at Silverstone, where are the best places to enjoy of the F1 in Spa, how much time is to walk around Hockenheim... tell us whatever you want of your own Formula One experience.

Regards,
Spektakl (Barcelona, Spain)

Hi Spektakl!

Well although I've never been to any of the Europian GP, I've never missed the Malaysian GP (since I'm from Malaysia). This year's GP was absolutely interesting. Apart from the hot and humid weather, the experience was terrific. But the only downturn was the lack of support from the fans. Mostly because the last GP was held not long ago (6 months). But in the end, the crowd gathered for the race day and the unexpected rain made the race much more interesting with the track half dry and half soaking wet.
As for the track, it's mordern features makes it one of the drivers favorite tracks.

Hi David!

Don't worry, you're not alone. My English is pretty bad too.
As for the Malaysian F3000 driver, there is one. His name is Alex Yoong. He's currently driving in Formula Nippon. He started his single seater race in 1994 in Formula Asia International Series until 1995. In 1996 he went into British Formula Renault. His best position was 2nd place. He stayed in British F3 till 1999. And now he's in Formula Nippon and hoping to make his first debut in Formula 1 soon. If you wanna know more about him you could go to his website http://alexyoong.com

Speaking of F1, does anyone of you interested in the technicalities of F1?? I'm currently learning my way in the design and technologies that are involved in F1. I just wish I could be part of the action. Anyways...hope to hear from u guys soon.. till then..Take care..

Hi Zura:

Welcome here! It's very nice to see foreign people in this forum.

I'd like to say, specially to the spanish members (which I see thay are the majority also in the english forum), that we had to do an effort to keep the english forum alive.
For example, if we take part in others english forums, talk about this one to the forists. I've done it in the www.grandprix3.com forum and in the english F1 live forum.

It's sad to see the spanish forum with more than 51.000 posts and this one lonely.

See you
