He estado indagando un poco sobre el tema -del que no he encontrado mucha información- y parece ser que fue el equipo Tyrrel el que denunció el uso de este tipo de alerón por parte de Ferrari.

Y de unas páginas escaneadas, que me he topado en google, con la transparencia del http://usuarios.lycos.es/correof1/126c2.jpg[URL-NOMBRE]Ferrari 126 C2 he extraído el siguiente texto:

"Ferrari in turn was deprived of the third place taken by Villeneuve at Long Beach guilty of having made use of a new type of aerofoil with offset blades, one above the other, although fully respecting the maximum width allowed of 110 cm. Rather than getting some benefit from it, this innovation was aimed at demonstrating the weakness of the rules which allowed it, but it was not to be also in the case."
