Volviendo a la parrilla 2006,creo que el segundo coche de BMW puede ser para Ralf,tengo mis dudas que Ralf siga en Toyota, primero por el follón que tuvo con su manager y despues creo que no está en los entrenamientos en Barcelona de Toyota.
Esta opinión creo que mas de un forero ya la ha pensado o soñado.
Entonces la vacante estaria en Toyota, que os parece este si es un buen sitio para nuestro Pedro.
Es una opinión un poco descabellada pero no lo descartaria.

La posizione di Jacques Villeneuve per l'anno prossimo continua a essere precaria. Secondo le ultime indiscrezioni, la BMW Sauber vorrebbe ingaggiare, a fianco di Nick Heidfeld, un pilota diverso dal canadese, che però ha già un contratto con la squadra valido anche per il 2006. Uno dei nomi che si fanno è quello di Alexander Wurz, attuale collaudatore, insieme con De La Rosa, della McLaren-Mercedes.

A mi lo de Toyota es comparable a ver a Pedro en Ferrari...
Toyota va a ganar más de 4 grandes premios en 2006, algo que no ha ganado Ferrari en 2005.
Toyota teine un equipazo técnico, un elevadísimo presupuesto, gran experiencia con los motores v8, 2 buenos probadores y además un piloto resultón y resultista: Jarno Trulli... Lo sé, no es el mejor. pero a mí me encanta.

Jacques Villeneuve will line up alongside Nick Heidfeld at the BMW Sauber team, the German squad announced on Thursday.

Jacques Villeneuve will line up for the BMW Sauber F1 Team.

Munich/Hinwil, 1st December 2005. It's now official: Jacques Villeneuve will line up alongside Nick Heidfeld for the BMW Sauber F1 Team in 2006.

As BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen explained: "We took a close look at Jacques' performance level at the end of last season. After an extremely tough first half of the year - which showed that even a former World Champion cannot come back after a period away and be competitive from day one - he got closer and closer to his team-mate over the second half of the season. We are in no doubt that Jacques will make the BMW Sauber F1 Team stronger."

"Between 1999 and 2004 I experienced first-hand the difficulties and complexities involved in setting up a new team," said Villeneuve, "but I've never been afraid of a challenge. Sauber was already a good team and now we also have the resources of BMW behind us. I will do everything I can to contribute to the success of the BMW Sauber F1 Team."

Now living in Villars, Switzerland's adopted son will start work for the new team in the first testing session in Jerez on 8th December.

Villeneuve was crowned Formula One World Champion faster than any other driver before or since after making his debut in the series. In 1996, his rookie year, the Canadian finished second in the overall standings behind his then Williams Renault team-mate Damon Hill. The following year, he fended off the challenge of Michael Schumacher to go one better and take the title for the same team.

On 22nd June 2005, BMW made public its commitment to head its own team in Formula One after taking a majority interest in the Sauber team from 2006. The signing of Nick Heidfeld was announced on 16th September, followed by confirmation of the official team name and the identity of key positions in the team - with Willy Rampf (Chassis/Hinwil) and Heinz Paschen (Powertrain/Munich) as Technical Directors - on 14th November. The partnership with PETRONAS was then finalised and announced on 24th November.

Testing with the Sauber C24B interim chassis (modified for the BMW P86 V8 engine) got underway on 28th November in Barcelona. At the same time, the development of the V8 engine and 2006 chassis has continued apace in Munich and Hinwil respectively.

Que triste... no me lo esperaba de ninguna forma... de todas formas sigo viendo a Villeneuve fuera de BMW en cualquier momento de la temporada...

JOJOJOJO, que falsos en el comunicado oficial. Si que son lentos para llegar a esta conclusión jajajaja.

Bueno lo que yo esperaba. No había nadie con al menos el mismo nombre que Villeneuve a su disposición y se lo han tenido que comer con patatas. Es difícil justificar su sustitución con los apoyos que tiene y su caché sino es con alguien muy importante.

Ya se forzó su entrada en Renault, que no era Minardi y no tendría que tener la necesidad para prestarse a estos apaños, hace un par de temporadas.

Si en vez de acabar en el 2006 el contrato de varios pilotos de equipos punteros hubieran acabado este año ya le habrían buscado sutituto, sin que nadie hubiera protestado y sin miedo a lo que dirían ni a la presión.

A Pedro le dijeron que seguiría Villeneuve con un 90 % de posibilidades en la entrevista de AS durane el GP de Japón. Así ha sido.

Vaya, yo pensaba que Villeneuve estaba fuera de BMW, estaba seguro...

Pedro entonces no ha mentido en sus declaraciones; sigue en McLaren un año más. Qué se le va a hacer. Este año no se le va a ver el pelo, por lo que salvo milagro (McLaren B 2007?) se cabaron sus opciones como titular en la F1.
