Esto lo vi en el foro de atlas:
GP2006.com writes that there were future rule changes up for discussion at Monza. Testing and tyre rules proposals are for 2007, aero for 2008. Testing: - two three day sessions with two cars per team in December and five in January/February. - six three day sessions for one car only during the season (ca 25,000 kilometres). - possible 2000 kilometres added for each team per season to be able to test at airfields or to do shakedowns. - 8 sets of tyres per car in each test session. - two 90 minute practice sessions on the Friday of each Grand Prix (another 15 000 kilometres). Tyres: - 14 sets per driver available for each weekend, half of that soft compound and half hard. - 4 sets will have to be given back after Friday’s practice (2 of each compound) - 2 further sets after Saturday mornings practice - 8 sets per driver will remain for qualifying and the race. - Each driver would have to use at least one set of hard and one of soft for the race. It will be easy to identify who is on what tyre because the side walls will be painted in a separate colour. Aero: - FIA is still favouring their CDG-wing, but with the two rear wing elements a bit closer together than originally planned. - Teams have 2 proposals, one for a 1.80m wide car with the current tyre dimensions, the other for a 2m wide car with bigger tyres. - The FIA is only considering the 2m version as reasonable, because only in this configuration the drag will increase significantly. - In order to help overtaking and reduce downforce the teams suggest a 1.90 wide front wing and a 75cm wide rear wing. - The diffusor starts 600mm’s in front of the rear axle centre line instead of 330mm’s, but extends to only 100 mm instead of 125. - All winglets, fins, flipups, chimneys and bargeboards will be gone. That will decrease downforce by a calculated 50 percent. |
