Autosoport.com: Gene tests in Jerez Ferrari tester runs alone in Spain. By autosport.com ataff Spanish driver Marc Gene kicked off today this week's testing session at the Jerez circuit in southern Spain. Gene, Ferrari's test driver, was the only man in action at the Spanish track, where he worked at the wheel of an F2004M car. Gene focused mainly on general set up of the new car and tyre testing for Bridgestone, completing a total of 74 laps with a best time of 1:19.610.
