Alesi should retire. He probably wanted to finish the race as soon as possible.

Pedro would have past Alesi there or at any other place later on.
Pedro on his first GP ever found M. Schumacher behind. Schumi had started at the back of a grid beccause of a problem but he had one of the 2-3 most fastest cars. He caught Pedro but he could not overtake him because the track and because of the top speed. He waited. After few laps, Pedro let him pass because he knew Micahel was much faster than him and he is an sportsmen and a gentleman. Alesi would not have resisted Pedro at the following straight or at the following corner. Alesi fans : Alesi did a mistake that sent him to the gravel. TV images say it all. Period. |
