I don't know if downforce is all that important during races in the rain...
If i recall it correctly Jos did about the same times per lap in Brazil where He, Schumacher And Hakkinen set the fastest lap a 1.25,4 (according to www.verstappen.nl)
And I think Pedro is A very outstanding driver and surely he must be able to drive about the same times as Jos (I'm not going to argue over who's faster), So i think Rain Might just be the better.....
Hopefully you disagree, so we can have a nice & long discussion
Greets, and Lets hope Pedro And Jos Have Fun At Spain - Barcelona
Rain would be really good for Arrows as Jos stated that the car behaves really well in the wet!
In the rain F1 cars run with as much downforce as they can setup at the car to have some decent grip.
Jos is certainly a rainmaster as history has shown, I dunno know how Pedro does in the wet...
I would like to have some rainraces this year.

Rain races are always fun to watch, because they are very unpredictable. But being an Arrows fan i'm hoping for a sunny weekend in Montmeló. The fact is that if it rains and things don't go well for Pedro and Jos, they will use the weather conditions as an excuse, and will say that they did the car settings last week on dry conditions. Let's hope for normal conditions and see if the Arrows team is able to meet the expectations they created in the preaseason.
The weather forecast for this Friday in BCN says that it might rain. But I think that Arrows have problems with the downforce, so it rains it ain't all that good.
