Well, he's got a point there. Every driver has his strong and weak points. I think it's impossible to say who has the ultimate combination of skills, bacause it depends on a lot of factors like car, circuit and weather.
Trulli has some great technical driving skills, maybe even more than Schumacher. But Shumi has some very important talents in racing: a quick, strategic mind and the ability to concentrate for (almost) the whole race. That makes him fast over the whole distance, not just over a couple of laps.

Perhaps buoyed by his recent testing success in Barcelona, Jarno Trulli spoke out claiming that he could possibly beat Michael Schumacher if they were given equal equipment.
"Give me a Ferrari and I will demonstrate that Michael Schumacher is not the best driver"
"The best driver on absolute does not exist and never has. Given the same car, I'm sure I could do as well as Michael Schumacher, if not beat him."
"I would personally accept an offer from Ferrari because I think I have demonstrated that I am an Italian driver who is capable of starting from the front row."
"I have always beaten my teammates, both in qualifying and races. I was faster than Panis at Prost and Olivier won at Monte Carlo. I have done better than Frentzen who was quicker than Schumacher in the Mercedes sports-prototypes"
I don't think Jarno was better than Michael, but...
