Jos has learned that lesson a couple of times in the past. That's what marks his F1-career. Remember 1996? TW replaced him suddenly, without a warning by Damon Hill. Just because he was an ex-WC with a lot of sponsormoney and a promotional instrument. Jos had trashed Ricardo Rosset that season but to no effect...

Anyway, we have had these kinds of disappointments numerous times. Trust me, you'll live through it and I'm positive that Pedro will be back in F1.

I was sorry to hear that Pedro is another victim of Tom Walkinshaw. As a Dutchman I am offcourse glad to see that Jos Verstappen will race in 2001, but I thought Pedro and Jos brought Arrows succes last year. I hope we will see Pedro in the new Minardi and that he kicks Bernoldi's ass!!!

I just read that Pedro is named for a test-contract at Prost. Mazzacane has a contract that gives Prost the opportunity to sack him after the first four races if he van not compete wit Jean Alesi. I guess this will be a beter option than a drive with Minardi. But anyway, I wish Pedro all the best and I hope to see him on the track soon...

Here in the UK all we got was how fantastic Jenson Button was this season when, in reality, he frequently qualified outside the top 10 and ran jarno trulli of the road twice.

In my opinion the 'surprise' driver of last season was Pedro. On 2 occasions he battled for a podium place only for his car to let him down.

I can't believe he's been dropped. I was looking forward to watching him drive his 3rd year in F1 with another years experience under his belt and, hopefully, with a bit more power behind him.

I hope he gets a seat at Prost or even Minardi.

Go Pedro de la Rosa. And thanks for making the 2000 season more interesting by being one of only 4 or 5 drivers who mixed it with McLaren and Ferrari...

Why? We're so stupid to pay for it! Money rules all sports, the sport is just a way to gain money. Good sportsmen like Pedro and Jos know all about it (on the dark side). And the FIA takes the money and shuts their mouth. Remember all the commotion about Jenson Button (a talent) and now about Raikkonen (a possible talent). Did you hear the FIA and the press when Mazzacane joined Formula 1?
I hope that Pedro stays or returns in F1, that Jos will drive for a top team and that Tom is going to visit Harvey.
